Can I come to Rihong without any artwork?
Yes. We offer the full service from brand identity and packaging design through to printing, or any single part of it.
I already have artwork. Can you just print it?
Yes. Send us the final files and your estimated quantity. We will check that the files are print-ready and then quote.
What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the format, size and finishing. Tell us what you need and we will suggest suitable quantity tiers with a quote.
Can I see a sample before deciding?
Yes. Before production we make a plain sample to confirm the structure, then a digital or press proof to confirm colour and finishes.
How long does it take from first discussion to delivery?
That depends on the design scope, the complexity of the box and the quantity. For festive gift sets we recommend planning early; once the brief is confirmed we provide a full schedule.
What file format do you need?
AI or PDF final artwork is best, with text outlined, linked images included, and spot colours and finishing areas marked. If you are unsure, we will help check.
Can you help choose paper and finishes?
Yes. We recommend paper, structure and finishing based on your positioning, budget and how the product is used.
What else do you do besides packaging?
We also provide brand identity, print collateral, photography direction and commercial interior planning, so your brand stays consistent from box to storefront.
